Hi,

I build on both GNU/Linux and Windows with the same GSI file. I took all help
*.jar files, unpacked them, striped DOS line endings from Windows *.xhp files
and compared the files.

There are four differences:

As discussed on IRC< the problem is in matching the filename of .xhp pages in
merge.cxx, because the string from database_main.xhp is used in main.xhp and
similar issues.

No, joking ;-)

I have applied your patch on both GNU/Linux and Windows machine and compare the
output files from helpcontent2/wnt*/misc/cs directories with:

pavel@paveljanik:/tmp/q> diff --strip-trailing-cr -urN Linux/cs Windows/cs
pavel@paveljanik:/tmp/q> 

No differences -> FIXED.
