When formatting a picture in Draw, it is sometimes necessary to do a fine 
rotation of the object. Rotating to the right (i.e. in the positive direction) 
is okay but rotating the object to the left (i.e. in the negative direction) 
does not work and instead the object rotates to the right.

when I insert 5° the picture rotates to the left. When I insert -5° the picture
rotates to the right. This works perfect for me. Can you attach a bugdoc and
give a step by step description? Thanks.
