Hello,

the attached documented gets too many "bullets" if it is converted via the 
document converter wizard. If I open the winword file directy in OO then the 
results look correct.

The document converter and manual opening is not different.

When you open the doc, save it and then reload, you'll get the same result.
confirming issue with linux (m128) → OS to all, setting keywords (regression
since this doesn't happen with OOo 1.1.5)

To reproduce:

0) Open the attached word-doc
   → notice that the paragraphs with the graphics and the empty paragraphs don't 
     have a bullet
1) Save the document in sxw or odt format
2) Reload or close and reopen the document
   → now all the paragraphs have bullets

MRU->HBRINKM: could you please check if this still happens in new build of CWS
swnumtree? If so, please set this to "OO later".

Defect isn't fixed in cws swnumtree. Thus, set target to "OOo later" as
requested by MRU.

Yes, we had this problem during OO 2.0 beta. But at least with OO 2.0.1 this
does not occur anymore.
