Hi,

many source files contain:

		Text [ x-comment ] = " ";

This is empty comment. There are *zillions* lines like this. Can we remove them
and save a lot of space? Or do they have any purpose?

Instead of removing x-comment can we make localize at least extract them into
the SDF so that tools like oo2po can place them in files for translation.

That wat the comments will slowly get filled, at the moment localizers never see
these which would account for them not being used.

I'm sure there are many that should be removed though.

there are nearly no comments that still make sense or they refer to things that
are long time history. I do not see a need for their extraction.
