Attached file shows a small application, based on an formular and a small own
written Dialog (vie Dialog-Editor).
Wenn you start the file, select new colors. It appears the own Dialog. Sometimes
all controls of this Dialog does not work. 
Two ways of repair: Close all OOo Applications, include Quicstart -> Reopen the
Document -> Dialog works. 
Alternativ: Open the Basic IDE, open the Modul "Dialog_Basic" (this is the
Modul, witch contains the Dialog-Code) -> Dialog works.

For me it seems to be that all connections between the Dialog Controls and the
assoziated Makros where defect or not loaded.

On the first opening of the document I could reproduce the described behaviour
but not after closing and opening it again.
