applies to all components.

insert picture, select it; in the picture toolbar click on colour button. 
deselect picture - colour toolbar still is visible even though picture toolbar 
has been hidden.
this toolbar should be hidden together with picture toolbar.

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice.org...

I can confirm this behaviour on Linux using m130...

IMHO the sub-toolbar "color" should be hidden if the picture is not selected....

cd: The OOo 2.0.x time frame is not realistic. This is color toolbar is NOT a
real toolbar, but a floating window. It's not context dependent and is therefore
not able to react as a real toolbar. We have to discuss if this dockable window
should be a real toolbar, where has to be reimplemented.

Therefore I set this issue to "ENHANCEMENT".
