see testcase.
select picture; enable "guides when moving". click on picture and drag it up to 
the page margin and down to previous position several times (without releasing 
mouse button) - see how screen becomes garbled at the places where anchor icon 
is moving.

Cannot reproduce this on OO2.0rc2, however have a look at my issue #55943
regarding garbling my problems with guides in Writer.

ok, could reproduce it but only if I move the picture up so that the
corresponding anchor symbol moves up/down.
