1. Start a new text document
2. Insert a frame
3. Insert a picture in the frame
4. Set the picture's anchor "to frame"
5. Save as Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP

Image is not saved.

I am using Fedora Core 4's OpenOffice.org 1.9.125.

Same problem as in issue 25756. word does not support graphics/objects anchored
inside a text frame.
