Remove obsolete translations in module filter like:

filter	source\config\fragments\filters\MS_Word_2003_XML.xcu	0	value	MS Word
2003 XML	UIName			0	ja	Microsoft Excel 2003 XML				2002-02-02 02:02:0

Only those *_ui.xcu contains translation
