masayan and yossy_takeuchi are observers in the qa project now.
Can you give them qa privileges to "Mark issue Verified" etc.
They are active members of our ja QA team.

"masaya_kimoto" and "masayan" are the same person.
Please make sure that he prefers to using "masayan."
