The services css.frame.Frame and css.frame.Desktop provides a proeprty set ... 
and further they broadcast property change notifications. But they dont set the 
source of the event ... so the listener cant differen between e.g. different frames.

AS->MBA: Please verify this task. THX. Please note: the event source is supported 
by the Frame service only ... the Desktop service does not use the right helper.
