1. Open Base
2. Create a new Database using the wizard
3. The Database is created and shown.

Actual result: in the left hand side panel, the Forms menu is selected.

Expected result: in the left hand side panel, the Tables menu is selected since
the user is expected to insert data in tables before doing any other operation.

User Experience team, you can stop evaluating. Almost three years later, this
has been implemented as part of issue 84173 and it has been fixed.
