Description js181096 2005-10-26 16:59:55 UTC
I create an empty presentation. I choose "Title, text" slide type. I turn the
bullets off, edit some lines of a text and go to next line. In the next line I
turn the numbering on and enter some text. The number of normal text lines (the
ones with no numbering) is included in the numbering. So I does not start with
1. Whenever I do a change to the not numbered text I have to worry if the
numbering does not fall apart.

I replicated the error on a kernel 2.4.31 Red Hat machine without having to type
any characters using the following steps

1- Open new empty presentation
2- On the first page when in typing mode press enter 4 times
3- Switch numbering on
- It is going to start from 5 if number format is chosen
- It is going to start from E if alphabetic format is chosen

It seems that the numbering assigns numbers to elements that are their actual
line number in the document counting from the top of the text area. For example
when we press enter 4 times the cursor is placed on line 5 of the are and when
numbering is switched on it would start either from 5 or E.

Change OS: All
Set myself to CC

It's allways included in OOo 3.0 Beto. Tested with OS X 10.5.2
