Table-Of-Contents preview looks not good.

If you deactivate "Structure" then the right of
the preview is not moving. 
Have a look on the picture which I have submitted, too.

Reproduce it:
Insert > Indexes & Tables > Indexes & Tables.

I confirm this bug on Windows XP sp2 with OOo 2.0(English version). And I also 
see more similar bugs: 

1.In an arbitrary text document, click Insert > Indexes&Tables > 
Indexes&Tables, then the "Insert Indexes/Table" dialog appears. 
2. If I deactivate "Outline", then the left of the preview is moving up(this 
bug should be the same one in attached file. It is reproducible);
3. If I deactivate “Index_maksâ€, then the left of the preview is moving up
(this bug is reproducible);
4. From type bar, I select “Alphabetical Indexâ€, and see the right of the 
preview is moving up(this bug is not reproducible, in every “Insert 
Indexes/Table†dialog, it appears only one time).
