There are still cases where the new basegfx clipper processes rectangular clips
incorrectly, leading to incomplete repaints during the Impress slideshow.

This sounds like a problem I am seeing, I will attach a slide that shows an
image that gets rendered incorrectly during an animation event in a slide show.
