Description pivari 2005-11-01 08:43:52 UTC
Hello,

I've noticed that in 2.0 not official versions this feature works but now (in
the final 2.0) it doesn't work:

I've made with word an automatic index (using title 1, title 2, title 3) with
internal links.
I've imported the final word into OO.
When I save the file like pdf I lose the internal links!
With previous versions it works!

I was unable to reproduce the problem. Here is what I tried:

STEPS
-Open the attached Word document (created using Microsoft Word 2000) in Open
Office (FILE > OPEN)
-If you click on the internal link within the Writer, it correctly brings you to
the second page
-Now export it as a PDF through the FILE menu option
-Open the PDF document in Adobe and the link works as it should

This works on both Windows and Linux platforms (Windows XP Professional, Fedora
Core 3, Red Hat Linux 7.3) using Open Office 2.0 and Adobe Reader 7.

(The attached PDF file shows the correct behavior)
