Description kitsune6014 2005-11-03 05:01:38 UTC
#VALUE! displayed in linked cell instead of correct value.

1. Create 2 documents (eg main.ods & link.ods).

2. Edit a cell in link.ods to use a user created macro.

3. Set a cell in main.ods to link to the cell in link.ods.

4. Close both documents.

5. Open the main.ods, when prompted to update links click YES.

6. Link to field displays #VALUE! instead of the correct value.

7. While main.ods is still open, open link.ods, #VALUE! is displayed in the cell
in link.ods.

Other points.

a) If link.ods is already open when main.ods is opened, problem does not occur.

b) Problem does not occur if macro is stored under My Macros.

c) This type of link worked correctly under Oo1.1.4.

d) Appears to me that when openening main.ods, that link.ods is opened as part
of the main.ods instance, but Oo cannot access the macros that are stored in
link.ods. Oo1.1.4 opened a seperate instance, and therefore works.
