Issuetracker is so slow, that working is impossible.
At least mailinglist users@de.openoffice.org is down. But I cannot file an
additional issue, because of error in Issue Tracker.

Issue Tracker responds normally now. Mailinglists are still down, but that is
issue 57472 in the meantime.
Therefore I will close this issue.

Dynamic pages (esp. IZ) is again very slow.
Regina, I would like to give 'support' the chance to give us feedback about the
cause of the varying performance.
We are continuously providing data about the recurring low performance timeframes.
