Description quevedo 2005-11-09 11:54:54 UTC
I have installed OpenOffice in my office computer for testing it with the
objective of full migration from MS Office. I have opened MS documents (.doc,
.xls, and .ppt) with the OpenOffice without any problems. Then I have saved
these documents using OpenOffice, keeping in the Office 2003 format. When I
tried to open teh files using MS Office, I found no problems with .doc and .xls
documents. However, .ppt documents are being a hassle. The graphic elements of
teh template are all scrambled. Extra lines have appeared in the template. Text
and figures are intact. When opening it in OpenOffice, it is normal. Sometimes
the computer sends error messages and once my mouse cursor has disappeared when
I opened the modified .ppt file in MS office. You may try it with any .ppt file
with a graphic template, and see what happens.

I don't get a bugdoc since dec. 2005.
Therefore I close the issue as works for me.
