Description quetschke 2005-11-11 17:45:05 UTC
Since including CWS sdkinstaller we have two versions of readme_en-US.html
in cvs, see <http://tools.openoffice.org/source/browse/api/sdk_oo/license/>
that are only different for case sensitive OSs.

This is not the case for Windows and I get:

cvs server: Updating sdk_oo/license
U sdk_oo/license/README_en-US
U sdk_oo/license/README_en-US.html
cvs checkout: move away sdk_oo/license/readme_en-US.html; it is in the way
C sdk_oo/license/readme_en-US.html
U sdk_oo/license/readme_en-US.txt

Unfortunately C means that cvs will end with a return code signalling that
an error occured. This breaks, for example, scripts that check if the checkout
was successfull.

A master fix removing one of the offending files would be nice.

Martin: who will fix this?
Comment 3 Martin Hollmichel 2005-11-21 15:46:43 UTC
@jsc: which file is the right one ?
Comment 4 jsc 2005-11-21 16:11:19 UTC
We cannot simply remove it. The reason why i have both versions
readme|REAME_en-US.html is that the pack process take care of the names. I am
not 100% sure, can i simply differentiate the platfrom in the d.lst during the
deliver process? If yes i can move one file in a separate sub directory and
deliver it to the correct place.
Comment 5 jsc 2005-12-02 13:44:24 UTC
i have moved the files in appropriate subdirectories and adapt the d.lst. fixed
on cws jsc2

sdk_oo\licences\win\readme_en-US.html
sdk_oo\licences\win\readme_en-US.txt
sdk_oo\licences\unx\README_en-US
sdk_oo\licences\unx\README_en-US.tml

$ oosshcvs co -rcws_src680_jsc2 sdk_oo/license/win
cvs server: Updating sdk_oo/license/win
U sdk_oo/license/win/readme_en-US.html
U sdk_oo/license/win/readme_en-US.txt

Thanks, works for me. -> VERIFIED
