Hi
I've wrote a program that creates text documents and then uses OpenOffice as a
batch converter. In some cases "keep with next paragraph" doesn't work. See the
last paragraphs for the attached file. I think the same issue can be reproduced
in OO 1.1.5 and 2.0 Beta

MRU->FME: at page break, there are some paragraphs formatted with the "keep"
attribute. Here, it does not work correctly; the six or seven paragraph having
the keep attribute do not keep together.

It should be related with the same issue:

Let's say you have a text document like this: 

¶ 
¶ 
aaa¶ 
bbb¶ 
------Page break----- 
ccc¶ 
ddd¶ 

Now select all paragraphs from aaa.. to ddd, right click -> paragraph and check
"keep with next paragraph". Nothing happends even after closing an reopening the
document. 
Now (only in OO 1.1.4) go to the main menu -> View -> Hidden Paragraphs. 
You have something like this: 
¶ 
¶ 
------Page break----- 
aaa¶ 
bbb¶ 
ccc¶ 
ddd¶ 

wich is more correct I think. You will have the same result if you insert and
then delete a blank line before "aaa" . Now select paragraphs from aaa.. to ddd,
right click, then paragraph and uncheck "keep with next paragraph". The result is: 

¶ 
¶ 
aaa¶ 
bbb¶ 
------Page break----- 
ccc¶ 
ddd¶

I just run into the same old bug. It still exists in OOo 2.3.1 which I currently
use. Too bad the bug is still there even though it was reported more than two
years ago.

Dear Sun/Novell/Redhat, how about fixing all those ugly bugs before adding a ton
of new broken features to OOo?

This problem persists in OOo 3.1.1 (build: 9420), Ubuntu 9.04

I just tested with OOo v3.2 and the bug is still there...
