Seems to be a problem with rtl bootstrap mechanism, the external uno process
bootstraps using a corrupt UNO_TYPES line.

fix is low risk, I prefer to do tis for 2.0.1.

jsc: i have verified the fix with the SDK example
DevelopersGuide\Components\JavaComponent. The example works now as expected.
