I used a formula in a spreadsheet.

When editing it, each reference as its own color. But one reference which
appears 2 times has each time a different color.

Confirmed - Windows XP SP2, OOo 2.0
Confirmed - Windows XP SP2, OOo-dev 2.0.169

See the attachment for an example:
1) Open the attachment
2) Click on cell B6
3) Click in the editor bar
4) You will now see that cells B2 and B3 are each assigned multiple colors in
the formula, instead of a single color for each cell - as should happen.

Sophia's screenshot works for a quick idea of what is happening.
