Description tteifel 2005-11-18 14:08:29 UTC
Hi,

I embedded a table into a draw document. Embedding and entering data for the
first time is no problem.
Then I saved document (.odg). The next day when I double-click on the embedded
table, Draw crashes. It just stops responding. This is 100% reproducable. It
happens every time.
Happened with ubuntu breezy-packages (one of the beta-versions 1.9*) and the new
2.0.0 package as well.
The document that causes this can be found here (at least for a couple of days
or until this is fixed): http://www.teifel.net/kal.odg
It includes a photo, so it's 700KB big.

If you need any more information please contact me!
Yours
Timo

Sorry, but I tried here on Suse9.2 and it works. But there must be something
wrong in this area, we had quite a few issues with bad behaviour when using
Spreadsheet OLEs in Draw/Impress.
Did you download your office installation from the original OOo website or was
it included in the Ubuntu package? Thanks in adavance.

With Kubuntu there came the 1.9.?? beta version which had this bug.

In the ubuntuforums, someone posted a link where to get new version (2.0) by
adding a line to sources.list of apt-get:

      deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~doko/OOo2 ./

I installed ooo from there and the bug was still there.
