If someone adds or clears the Broadcast Message an Audit entry should be logged.

Hi St,

We will file this as an enhancement request. But the engineers would sure get
back to me with the need for this in terms of business. Hence can you please
convey the businees impact for having this feature and cost/pain of not having
this feature.

An audit entry for broadcast messages would help to make traceable what
broadcast text has been publish at which point of time. It would help to
document events that site visitors have been informed of.
Due to the lack of this enhancement we to sent an additional notification, which
will be archived. Otherwise there are discussion when/if an event has happened
and/or who was the responsible owner.
Please help to avoid this duplication of work and confusion.

The issue is accepted to be fixed in a future release named Rhine. Support will
continue to monitor the issue internally and update its status on a regular basis.

St,

Since Rhine, CEE5.2, the broadcast events are logged in audit log.

Marking this as Resolved/Fixed per CollabNet's policy as this is fixed in CEE 5.2.
