Steps to replicate:

1) Created a new impress.

2) Draw one rectangle on slide page.

3) Input some text in the rectangle.

4) Add custom animation to the rectangle.

5) Delete all text in the rectangle with key Break.

6) OK, nothing happen on right Tasks panel(Custom Animation).

7) If you use F5 slide show, is OK(no TEXT in the rectangle). But if you save
this file, when you open saved file, you can find TEXT in the rectangle is
there(in fact, you can not delete all text of rectangle with custom animation).
