On a.M. Web Page announced:
   "OOo 2.0.1RC2 including language packs available for testing"
   but Weblink leads to 
      <http://qa.openoffice.org/servlets/NewsItemView?newsItemID=321>
      where you find information concerning RC1

The correct hyperlink only is available under heading "OpenOffice.org 1.9.x (aka
680) Download"

Hyperlink in text  "OOo 2.0.1RC2 including language packs available for testing"
should be corrected

It looks like the issue is already fixed. You might want to submit issues about 
annoucements against the component corresponding to the project with the
