compare attached doc in Writer and in Word. See that the Internet Link style 
has size 42 instead of 12.

MRU->FLR: this is quite odd, when you open the doc in MS Word and click into the
TOC entry "Content", you can see that Word displays 42 pt font size in the
object bar - but not in the document view.
There is a character style "Hyperlink" which is set for this TOC entry. It has
font height 42 but it looks that the 12 pt from the paragraph are applied.
