Description Martin Hollmichel 2002-06-17 16:52:52 UTC
If I logged in as mh
I get on solstage3 only the links "New|Query|Reports"

on the openoffice.org site I get the Links:
"New|Query|Reports|My Votes|My Issues" and
"prefs|sanity check|users|components|groups|keywords"

Maritn,

Are you sure the session had not expired? What is your output if you
select the My Issues link from the left navbar?

On the staging server I have not been able to reproduce this with my
old accounts, but I have with a newly registered user. With a new
account when I select My Issues from the left nav I get a message that
my user does not have an IZ account. This seems to indicate either a
problem with the Issue Tracker Rebuild, or a time delay until it runs
and the account is activated. Looking into the issue from this
standpoint for now.

Kat,

I'm sure that my session is valid, otherwise the my issue link
wouldn't display my (old) issues ?! Still able to reproduce this !
Comment 3 Martin Hollmichel 2002-06-18 11:54:47 UTC
this occurs only after klicking the my issues link, on the query page
and after doing queries I see all expected links.
Comment 4 Unknown 2002-06-18 18:46:18 UTC
I have reproduced this case with an old account an submitted pcn10174
to investigate and correct this behaviour.
Comment 5 Martin Hollmichel 2002-06-22 16:47:40 UTC
if there are difference between "old" and "new" accounts, are there no
other impacts ?
Comment 6 Unknown 2002-06-24 22:40:36 UTC
This issue is resolved on the staging server by a combination of
clearing out old files and restarting the sandbox. We are keeping an
eye on it to see if it reappears.

Comment 7 Unknown 2002-06-26 00:28:33 UTC
This behavior has not shown itself since the migration. Leaving open
to watch for a few days.
Comment 8 Unknown 2002-07-03 03:09:33 UTC
This has not recurred on the production server. Closing.
Comment 9 michael.bemmer 2003-03-24 08:30:54 UTC
As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed kat (support)-owned issues
now. If you have trouble with that, please re-open the issue.
