german localized 2.0.1RC5 for Windows and Linux (RPM) have passed qa and been
approved

builds tested are:
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/2.0.1rc5/OOo_2.0.1rc5_051215_LinuxIntel_install_de.tar.gz
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/2.0.1rc5/OOo_2.0.1rc5_051215_Win32Intel_install_de.exe

please move them to the stable directories at the mirror network.

Are you going to have a quick look at the install sets with JRE included. For 
many users it might be helpful to have a JRE at hand together with 
OpenOffice.org.

we will not announce JRE packages, as it has been reported, that they include an
older JRE (jre-1_5_0_03) that will even replace a more current one.

As this will re-introduce security issues that have been fixed in newer JRE
versions and questions about JRE are rather seldom at the users list, we will
stay with the "OOo-only" packages.

ok .. closing this one.

I could not reproduce, wehn first cleaning up my environment, then installing
OOo 2.0.0 and then upgrating to 2.0.1.

Seems this has been introduced by some of the RC's.
