Select another sheet
go back to first sheet
Now you can re-enter Chart again
BTW: Similar behaviour is reported in #111068# (duplicate to #i19846#)

Variant 2 (Weird :-):
original document stays in implace mode
enter inplace mode in second document as well
-> (4th issue) original document looses all toolbars
close second document
enlarge first document
-> (5 th issue) size isn't repainted
Select another sheet
go back to first sheet
re-enter inplace mode
toolbars are back
leave inplace more
-> (6 th issue) Calc toolbars are placed on top of each other
