I am convering people in my engineering office to use OpenOffice, and when
anyone finds bugs, they give them to me, because searching/submitting bugs in a
pain.

Pain #1 is the "Issue Tracking Query" page.  It has a bad layout, and is tough
to follow.

Suggestions for making it better:
1)  Don't call it "Issue tracking query" call it "bug search" or something. 
2) Make "Submit Query" buttons say "Search", and make them 2x as large, so they
are easy to find, and people know what they do.
3) Having help on the query settings box is great, but the most confusing box is
the 'Component' box, which there is no help on.
