When saving Right-To-Left sheet as HTML, you get Left-to-Right HTML table,
instead of RTL.

step-by-step
==============
open oocalc
under - Tools => Options... => Language settings => Languages 
change -
   Locale settings -> hebrew
   CTL -> Hebrew
Enter some text or anything.
check - Format => Sheet => Right-To-Left
save the document as HTML.

Can reproduce with OOo 2.0.1 WinXP SP2 too.
