Description mcornell 2006-01-15 20:03:55 UTC
MS XP will not now open a Lotus 1-2-3 97 file with programmed macros. The
program opened successfully in MS XP prior to MS latest XP
downloaded "upgrade". The same result is being experienced using OpenOffice
calc.

Di you have any suggestions? I do NOT wish to use Excel; MS has quite enough
stranglehold on the market already.

Confirmed that both OOo Calc and MS Excel could not open the Lotus 123 file.

Retargeting to OOo2.0.4 due to time restrictions.
Comment 5 ooo 2006-07-19 16:47:28 UTC
Won't make it in timeframe for 2.0.4, retargeting to OOo2.x

Hi Tang,

What is this patch supposed to do? It just changes the LOTUS_EOF define from
0x01 to 0x08. Why? The result may be that this problematic file would load, but
what about other Lotus 1-2-3 files that so far loaded fine?
