- open any database document containing at least one form
- select the "Forms" icon on the left hand side
- Edit|Preview|Document Information
=> in the lower right pane, the information for the currently selected document is
   shown
- select the form
=> the "Date" property in the preview pane shows the current date/time.

It seems that the date is *always* the current date/time, which makes this
information pretty useless. We should either show the correct information here
(which would be preferred), or remove this information.

At the moment document info is not supported until issue 60623 is fixed.
