I'd like to put a footnote in a text field, whether it's docked to page,
paragraph , or as a sign. And it would be useful if you want to put a picture on
the right and footnote it.

This is really important if you are trying to write a serious work and some
people really need it (try searching www for the set of phrases: "footnote
inside" frame openoffice.org ).

Writing on a diploma thesis, I also came across this serious problem.
I've tried some work arounds, but none was satisfying.
I heard that this issue is related to the problem that the position of the
footnote can not be defined cleary, as the frame has its own references...
