Use automatic slide transition with a timeout. This no longer works, the timeout
only starts after pressing <space>

Set target to 2.0.2

Due to the clipping of the floating point values (->cl fix for a IEEE
exception), queue processing stopped before the final slide-end event was processed.

Fixed in CWS thbpp2 by now querying queue timeout _after_ processing the
ActivityQueue.
