Hi, 

After logging in with the website, on the personal start page of the
OpenOffice.org member, there is in the left sidebar the option My tools - File
issue. On the introductory page there is a big link "Go On - Submit the issue". 
Then you get a page where you can select the module, project, language or code
module. 

The problem is that I don't see the qa project listed anywhere in that page. 

To file *this* issue, I had to open an existing issue and click on the "new"
link in it.

could you add qa to the table of projects or name it as seperate project just
like "www" above this table?
