When exporting lines of width < 0.04 cm the line width is lost. They are
exported as lines with width = 0

Have tried exporting to emf and svg and then reopening in Draw, and also opening
the resultant svg in Inkscape.

Have tried making an svg with Inkscape with a line of width = 0.03cm and opening
it in OO Draw just to check that it is not a format limitation.

Have tried in linux and windows xp with OO Draw 2.01

Maybe has something to do with another issue I noticed:

Reproducible, even with other formats (gif, jpg). Reassigned.
