I could load this RTF in Windows 2000 with OOo 2.0.1 because of a "Read Error".
Then, I tried again and OOo crashed. Then, OOo crashed during document recovery.

MS Word 2000 does load the file.

The root cause is covered by issue 61516; during the import there's something
really wrong. The frames are not shown after import - but they are listed (as
hidden objects) in the Navigator.
