I need to backup the hole OpenOffice settings inclusive the look and feel 
(customized toolbar, ...).

There should be a feautere for backup and restore of that.

Workaround: Just save your configfiles in ../application data folder.

I think that this a good idea but will cause a lot of QA. There are various ways
of combined configurations and it's not easy to recreate all possible
combinations. On the other hand we can get rid of the startup wizard dialog that
asks to migrate settings. We should think about this.
