A means of running a macro repeatedly without having to hit away at an assigned
key or write in code to call it repeatedly.

Maybe something like "Run Macro Repeatedly" for Microsoft Word at:

although the 1000 times limit is perhaps on the low side.

according to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/workflowcharts/
RFE_issues_by_QA.sxd I reassign this issue to requirements and set the status 
to New
