While hacking around the various OOo executables for Windows, I inspected the
'quickstart.exe' using Resource Hackerâ„¢, which can be downloaded here:
http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/

For no apparent reason, the executable was built with 4 identical Icon Groups,
and so includes 18 unrequired duplicate icons. (See attached screen shot). This
is probably just a problem with the build process / script.

Any reason this is with 'requirements'? Seems just to be a bug with how the
executable has been built.

There are 4 icons because they intended to reflect 4 different states:

Main Icons (for Explorer)
Active
Inactive
Small (This has to do with Color restriction in system tray on Win98/NT4)

Though actually the icons are visible identical bot not ligically.
