I think it should be considered allowing the user to arrange the text notes
(Textmarken) in the navigator window in the order of their appearance in the
document, because it would reflect the structure of the document what anything
in a navigator window should do.

This is supposed to be 2.4 instead of 2.0.4, work has started

fixed in CWS notes2, notes are now sorted based on their order
