Last modified: 2008-05-17 23:01:25 UTC
Objective : have an overview of Mac Intel version, doing manual QA smoke tests, and list the issues to fix, to make this version stable. Welcome to the testers :-)
Changing the title : now this QA is more realistic Started
set target to 2.0.4 to not block 2.0.3

ericb->uwe Hi Uwe, sorry, I'm very busy today, and I cant' answer you completely. Just about topten.bas, please ask Tino Rachui ( tra ), an issue is already existing. If I remember correctly a created object is undefined or something like that, and this occurs only on Mac Intel, not on PowerPC. About Copy-Paste : The problem is well know, and I even described it on OOoCon2005. The events like copy/paste cannot be correctly handled between X11 application (a server) + X11 apps running inside and Apple world : the needed protocol has never been implemented. Anyway, soltuions are existing : 1) X11 to X11 application Copy : select (highlight) Paste : Mouse middle button 2) X11 to non X11 : Copy from X11 application : select (highlight) , and do Menu, Edition -> Copy Paste : Select non X11 application, and do : Apple key - V (or menu Edition-> Paste ) 3) Non X11 application to X11 application : Copy from non X11 app : Menu : Edition -Copy Paste into X11 application : click on Middle mouse button Hope I'm clear
Don't have any problem with copy and paste from OOo to TextEdit, except losing the formatting. Also don't have any problem going from jEdit (a Java based app) to OOo in X11. Using: OOo 2.0.3 680m5 by maho Build 9036.
Wontfix : all archs/OS are now managed by NLC (excepted en-GB if I'm not wrong)
