Hi,

localize/transex3 in 1.0 does not process the following files so we have
to translate them by hand:

pavel@SnowWhite:~/OpenOffice/build/Patches> diffstat
OOo_1.0.0_source-transex3-did-not-extracted.diff 
 sch/source/ui/app/res_bmp.src              |    1 +
 sd/source/ui/app/res_bmp.src               |    2 ++
 svtools/source/dialogs/addresstemplate.src |    1 +
 3 files changed, 4 insertions(+)

I have even add them to the positive list in localize.cxx, but that did
not help. Can you please tell me, how to properly extract the strings from
those files?

NF->IHI: Please take over this one, as I remember, we had have the 
same problem some weeks ago. Could be that this issue is already 
solved.

I think all problems refer to the Issuezilla issue #i8094#
You have to insert the new language the first time manually
