1. Open a new Writer document.
2. Write "This paragraph is justified" in a font big enough to have the
   line wrap between "is" and "justified".
3. Format -> Paragraph -> Align: "Justified", last line: "justified", activate
   "Expand Single Word", OK.

Expected:
4. The word "justified" in the second line is stretched to span the whole
   line.

Actual:
4. The word "justified" remains on the left, as if the option "Expand
   Single Word" was not active.

This is a regression wrt OOo 1.1.5.
