Description oorwullie 2006-04-01 19:58:52 UTC
OOo-dev 2 (680m162)
On printing a document the ''Printing...'' dialog comes up, printing begins
normally but doesn't complete and printer stops with paper still in pattens.
''Printing...'' dialog remains and cannot be cancelled. Trying to exit is
blocked as component thinks print job is still being carried out.
Happens in Writer and Calc and, presumably, other components.

I have printed the same documents in 2.0.2 and the problem does not appear.

I can confirm it with laser printer Samsung CLP-500 on Samba, client WinXP Home.
The printer dialog runs till it collects all pages. Then OOo hangs.
After killing OOo, my printer prints the data it has got so far, which is one
page, and then alerts a "Incomplete Session by time out".

"Current" is not the right choose for version, but "m162" is not available.

I think it is a P2-issue, because printing is a basic functionality.

Yes, this is at least P2. If you do not have your document saved, you can also
lost data.

Set target to 2.0.3.
