I did some experiments with "2.0.2  German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]"
drawing 1 line , result with not exported transparency see in
'transparenz.svg' from issue 63965 (from a.m. URL)

I saw that problem with EI6 and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT;
rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060130 SeaMonkey/1.0 as .SVG-viewer, so I bleive it's an OOo
problem.

This issue might be related to  Issue 63965
