Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 6397
SC Users have no corresponding IZ user (was IZ ITR issues)
Last modified: 2003-12-27 10:23:17 UTC
Users are not being interpolated into IZ database. See pcn 10535. -louis
This has been assigned to an engineer for further investigation, but it seems that the ITR is not being spawned properly.
I checked on the status of this issue with CN. It is being worked on and is a P1. cheers Louis
As stated by Louis: P2->P1

Hi, is there a timeframe for work on this issue available?
Hi, is there any possibility to do, as workaround, a manual integration of at least some new user accounts in the issuezilla database? This is getting urgent.
Somehow, I finally started be able to do Isuezilla today (or so it seems). Don't have a clue how this happened. This doesn't show as a resolved issue.
Today I succeeded in appending this comment to this meta-issue. The problem has been solved for username tommasorusso. Don't know if solved for every newly registered username. Cheers
CN is working on a fix, which is probably why you all are noticing some improvement. But don't close this yet. louis
Hi, what is left to close this issue? btw, what does ITR mean?
ITR is Issue Tracking Rebuild. Internal PCN 10535 has been marked as Fixed and is cloed.
So, should this issue be closed also?
yes please
Hi, then just go ahead and close with setting the appropriate state (resolved/fixed?). Thanks, Stefan.

the engineers have a fix for this - I'll have an update later on when it shall be applied.
the fix was put in place last week. could you test and confirm that users have a corresponding place in IZ? thank you
I've just tested this for new users, and it works. I'll look up the listed users and check to see if they have corresponding IZ accounts.
the iz accounts and db were reported as being in synch and up to date, please confirm.
Please check the examples given above before asking for confirmation. > examples: cbbrowne, reikibill, stx016, conordaly more examples: kmohit, jensja. Then set to appropriate state (resolved/fixed) or comment on further actions needed. Thanks, Stefan.
cbbrowne - ok conordaly - ok kmohit - not found jensja - not found reikibill - not found, what is the user's email address? is this reikibill2002? stx016 - not found I've resubmitted the info to the operations group and they're working on a db update script right now. Thanks
Yes, that's reikibill2002. reikibill2002 - not found Btw. I took the examples from complaining users at the webmasters list (except stx016 :-).
another missing IZ account: madhavi@openoffice.org
Stefan - Our internal ticket shows that we have some queries and updates in place to search and update existing users. However we are running into a snag related to a recent name change on your site. I will update this issue when pcn10535 is updated. thank you.
All accounts have been synched up and have IZ accounts now. Closing ticket.
As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed support-owned issues now. If you have trouble with that, please re-open the issue.
